Our goal at Cambridge is to help our residents stay healthy & live independently as long as possible. With our unique hybrid community model, you have access to on-site Primary Care, Therapy, Home Healthcare, Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing. We partner with in-house healthcare providers to create true age in place communities.
Hybrid Healthcare Services
Your primary care provider is the center of your healthcare experience. Our on-site primary care services mean you have the convenience and reassurance that comes with easy access to a clinician that knows you and your health.
Our collaboration with local leading therapy programs provides our residents access to on-site physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services.
Our partnership with Interim Healthcare provides access to home care services administered by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and personal care companions. With short term assistance, private duty care & other services our residents are empowered and engaged in their own care programs which helps them stay as safe and independent as possible.
Pharmacies
Never worry about access to the medicine you need—we’ve got you covered. We partner with local pharmacies, many of which have the convenience of home delivery.
When residents experience an unexpected health event—such as a fall, joint replacement, stroke, or heart event—our team helps guide conversations around short-term rehabilitation. While skilled nursing care is not provided on-site, we help residents and families connect with trusted local rehabilitation and skilled nursing providers so they can focus on recovery and returning home stronger.
