- Health & Wellness Coaching – Cambridge Village residents can access on-site personal trainers, wellness attendants, physiologists, physical therapists, and more for one-on-one health and wellness coaching. We can customize fitness plans and help our residents set achievable goals after a body composition and personalized fitness assessment. Our staff is available for group exercise classes, heart rate monitoring programs, equipment orientation, and more.
- Educational Seminars – Focusing on our residents’ health isn’t merely about focusing on physical health. We offer on-site educational seminars, cooking demonstrations, hydration education, functional fitness classes, and more to keep our residents mentally and socially engaged. Daily community activities in our on-site movie theaters, art rooms, lecture halls, fitness centers, libraries, and club lounges will sharpen your mental and social skills.
- Lifecare Offerings – On-site primary care and other concierge healthcare services are essential to our hybrid model approach. You’ll find convenient access to various healthcare resources all under one roof inside our senior communities. Customizable Care Options at Cambridge Village
At Cambridge Village, we do not merely push residents through a system. Our care options are not linear but rather customizable. Whenever possible, we help residents stay in their original apartments. We want couples to stay together with care in their home as needed. That’s what makes our hybrid concept so revolutionary. You can find on-site primary care offices in each of our North Carolina senior communities. There are also on-site Cambridge Fitness Centers with exercise physiologists and personal trainers ready to assist with establishing regular exercise regimens. Should residents need at-home care, we’ve collaborated with Interim Healthcare to make a la carte or more comprehensive options available.
If you ever need to step up your level of care, Cambridge Village will do everything possible to keep you out of assisted living. Our concierge healthcare options offer packages tailored to your lifestyle. If at any point during your residency, you need physical, occupational, or speech and language therapy, each of our senior communities has an on-site partners for your therapy needs. We also maintain working relationships with local rehab and skilled nursing facilities near our communities to provide you with registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and personal care companions when you need private duty care.
